3. LOCATION, GPS & VEHICLE DATA

Where enabled or otherwise lawfully collected, ZenoCar may process location, GPS, telematics and Vehicle data for:

Booking and trip management.
Safety and security.
Route and service monitoring.
Fraud prevention.
Incident investigation.
Customer support.
Legal and regulatory compliance.

Vehicle tracking may continue during or after a trip where reasonably necessary for safety, security, vehicle recovery, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other lawful purposes.

Location access will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the permissions or settings available on the Platform.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share relevant information with:

Hosts and Chauffeurs where necessary to provide a booking.
Payment processors and technology providers.
Mapping, communication, hosting and analytics providers.
Insurance, security and professional service providers where applicable.
Regulators, law-enforcement agencies or other authorities where legally required.
Other authorised service providers acting on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information except where permitted by applicable law and properly disclosed.

For processing undertaken in Nigeria, ZenoCar will comply with applicable Nigerian data-protection requirements, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, as applicable.
